As part of this next phase, we are pleased to announce that Dr. Frank Huber joins PRISMA Leadership Team as CEO. Dr. Frank Huber brings decades of international automotive leadership experience, including senior executive roles at globally recognized mobility and technology companies. His appointment further strengthens the strategic and operational connection between PRISMA and Joint Venture Partner Rebo across China, North America, and Europe, creating an even stronger platform for global growth, innovation, and customer partnership.

At the same time, Christian Päschel will continue as CCO, leading PRISMA’s commercial strategy and ensuring a strong customer focus, market alignment, and consistent engagement with customers and partners.
